Based on job and related information you provide, Mosswood creates a Job Description for you to use to develop your job postings, clearly communicate expectations, and to use for Performance Management. This typically involves several discussions and iterations.
Getting the JD right can be important in case of litigation. It is provided in MS Word so you can own and maintain it.
Using your job description and other information you share with us, Mosswood reviews market data on pay ranges and benefits for the job, reviews current open positions on job boards and other sources, and provides you with a recommended compensation range for the position. Minimize concern about underpaying or overpaying.
Using the job description and other information you share, Mosswood writes an opportunity description for you to use when you are posting/advertising the position. It is provided in MS Word so you can own and maintain it.

These activities are purchased in projects of 2 week blocks*.
Mosswood will post and maintain your jobs online, including covering "promotion" costs, updating and enhancing based on result and responses, keeping you informed of progress, and using enhanced functions to increase visibility and get more responses. We send you resumes of all the applicants we receive.
A passive candidate is someone who is not actively looking for a change from their current position - they need to identified, contacted, and attracted away from their current position. As an add-on to Job Posting and Applicant Management only. We actively identify and contact these candidates about your position.
Mosswood will review your applicants and remove all those who are inappropriate or not suitable. We send you those selected resumes.
Mosswood will telephone screen (basic interviews) candidates who make your cut (up to 7 per Project Period). Resumes and screen interview notes of candidates who pass the screen are sent to you.
Mosswood make verbal offers to our chosen candidates to alleviate pressure in this last step and help close the deal. This reduces the risk of candidates feeling undervalued before they start. This process is completed after the 2 week project if required.

Mosswood will arrange these if required. Client is responsible for securing candidate permission/authorization. Price is dependent on search type and locations the candidate has lived. Minimum $190.
* All candidates presented in the 2 week period will be seen through to completion after the 2 week project ends.

Fee Only Due If Candidate Found & Starts the Job
NOTE: $1,500 set up fee due before search commences which is credited back on your invoice if you hire one of our candidates.
